With nearly 50 years of experience, ADNOC LNG is a reliable, safe producer and provider of LNG and associated products to the UAE and customers around the world.

Who We Are

Established in 1973, ADNOC LNG was the first LNG production company in the Arabian Gulf. We process and produce liquefied natural gas (LNG), liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), paraffinic naphtha, and sulphur for export from Das Island, located 160 km off the coast of Abu Dhabi. We also supply one billion standard cubic feet of gas per day to the UAE’s national grid, contributing to ADNOC’s commitment towards gas self-sufficiency in the UAE.

What We Do

We work in close partnership with other ADNOC Group companies, including ADNOC Offshore to take the associated gas from offshore fields. 

Our operations take place on Das Island, an oil and gas operations hub that plays a major role in ADNOC’s operations. The gas is initially processed on Das before being transported via subsea pipeline to ADNOC Gas Processing plants at Habshan.
