Al Yasat Petroleum
We are the first joint venture between ADNOC and China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), established in 2014.
Al Yasat’s role is to explore oil and gas potential within the company’s mandated concession areas, and to develop prospective locations on behalf of the company’s shareholders. ADNOC is the majority shareholder and owns 60% of the company, with CNPC owning the remaining 40%.

ADNOC Sour Gas is a pioneer in sour gas field development and operates the world’s largest ultra-sour gas operation, with the capacity to produce 1.28 billion standard cubic feet of gas per day and 4.2 million tons of sulphur per year.
ADNOC Refining
We are a UAE based refiner with a global reach. Every year, we supply more than 40 million tons of high-quality refined products to markets around the world. We have been operating in Abu Dhabi for more than 40 years, playing a crucial role in serving both the ADNOC Group and the United Arab Emirates. Our facilities are jointly able to refine nearly a million barrels of crude oil and condensates per day.

ADNOC Gas is a large-scale, integrated gas processing company and a subsidiary of ADNOC, one of the world largest integrated energy companies.
Fertiglobe
Headquartered in Abu Dhabi, Fertiglobe was formed in September 2019 as a strategic partnership between OCI and ADNOC. OCI currently owns 50% of shares, while ADNOC owns 36%, and the remaining 14% is floated on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) in 2021.

Abu Dhabi Crude Oil Pipeline LLC (ADCOP)
