Code of Conduct

ADNOC is committed to operating with integrity and maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards in every aspect of its business.

Our Code of Conduct outlines the legal and ethical standards that we expect from each of our employees, partners and suppliers. It extends to all aspects of our business activities, including how we engage third parties and contractors, the security practices that we enforce, and how we manufacture and deliver our products.

Supplier & Partners Code of Ethics

The Supplier and Partner Code of Ethics outlines the minimum standards of compliance and ethical practices that we expect from each of our partners and suppliers.

All ADNOC Group suppliers and partners are expected to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, behave ethically, and align themselves with the principles set out in this Code. ADNOC Group suppliers and partners are also responsible for ensuring that their employees and subcontractors are familiar with and comply with the Code.

The Code is not a summary of all the laws, standards and policies that we expect our suppliers and partners to follow. The Code does not dilute a supplier or partner's legal obligations, and it does not override the terms of any agreement we have contractually agreed.

Always refer to ADNOC.AE to ensure that your business complies with the latest version of the Code, which we will update periodically.

Operating with integrity every day is central to how we do business. Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) and together with its group of companies (ADNOC Group) are committed to doing business ethically and in compliance with applicable laws. This commitment is manifested in our Code of Conduct, Anti-Fraud Policy, and the Takallam Ethics Program which are designed to:

  • 1. Foster the highest ethical standards;
  • 2. Prevent, detect, report and address any allegation of misconduct; and
  • 3. Support our commitment to compliance with applicable laws and policies.
  •  

The Takallam Ethics Program provides a facility for reporting behavior that does not meet our expectation of integrity and extends to cover the actions not just our employees, but also those who work on our behalf such as contractors and other third parties.
