Due to the high volume of applications, we are unable to provide specific feedback at the early stages in the process.

All applications received through official channels are reviewed for suitability. Unfortunately, if you do not receive a response to your application within 4 weeks of the job post-closing date, your application has been unsuccessful.

We will however keep your profile in our talent pool in case of future opportunities that might be more suitable to your skill set and experience.

Depending on whether this is your first or second interview, the panel may include a member of the senior leadership, in addition to the talent acquisition representative, and the hiring manager.

Review the job description in detail, as well as the ADNOC website to understand more about the nature of our business, and our vision, mission & values. Consider why you want to work for ADNOC group, what interests you about the role, and how your profile matches the requirements and culture of the company.

Prepare some questions that you want to ask the panel during your interview. This is an opportunity for you to further explore if the company and role are a good fit for you, as well as for us to understand if you satisfy our requirements too.

This will depend on several factors and will be different for each role. Your talent acquisition representative should advise you of the expected time frame for feedback during your interview.
